Mold Car

This mold cart accommodates a total of 12 mold boxes, all injection-molded from high-performance PP (polypropylene) material. Featuring excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and structural strength, these boxes are engineered to withstand long-term, high-frequency production operations. Each mold box is designed to pivot within a ±75° range, allowing operators to flexibly adjust the tilt angle according to specific workstation requirements — enabling effortless loading and unloading and significantly improving operational efficiency. All mold boxes are installed in a recessed configuration, with each unit embedded within the cart frame to prevent electrical leakage, short-circuiting, or breakdown risks caused by exposure in high-temperature or humid environments — ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation. In practical production setups, each proofing oven is typically equipped with 5 to 7 mold carts, a range validated through field experience to effectively balance proofing efficiency with turnover pace and meet the demands of continuous production lines. Mold boxes are available in two color options, allowing users to select according to workshop management needs or product categorization requirements for easy on-site identification and zoned management. All mold boxes are rigorously tested by accredited third-party inspection bodies, with performance indicators fully compliant with relevant international standards — ensuring consistent, certified product quality, with corresponding test reports available for review and filing.
